In another life, Sylvia* was* Beyonce, but for now, in this life time she’s just harnessing her own diva. She majored in English/Political Science at Providence College, but there may be a part of her that wishes she could have majored in something Performing Arts. When she’s not singing in her house, on the treadmill at the gym (oops?) or while walking down Comm Ave, she’s working at a research firm in Cambridge–and listening to the latest tunes in any genre from 9-5. It might be her passion, it might be an obsession, it might be her drug of choice–but one thing’s for sure: Sylvia loves, lives, breathes music in any form, from most any artist, on any label.
Maybe it has to do with her coming from an extremely musically-inclined family, or maybe it has to do with the inspiration and escape music provides her, but you will find music permeating her day round the clock.
